• Incorporated not-for-profit organisations
• Unincorporated organisations supported by an incorporated auspice body
• Youth groups
• Traditional Owner Corporations
• First Nations peoples residing in Alpine Shire
• Youth aged 12–25 applying through auspice arrangements
