AICEF Overseas Travel Grant Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following conditions:

• Indonesian citizenship.

• Current enrollment in a PhD program at an accredited U.S. university or college.

• Commitment to return to Indonesia after completing post-doctoral work.

• Research feasibility: Proposed study can be realistically conducted in Indonesia.

• Academic standing: Must maintain good academic standing and not be a U.S. permanent resident.

Application Date and Process

• Scholarship Application. 
• The most recent official transcript of your grades
• Letter of recommendation from faculty advisor
• Copy of front page of passport
• Copy of passport visa (J1 or F1)
• Enrollment verification certifying that you are in good academic standing in your university
