Opportunity Details
Our Young Global Professionals are an integral part of the Atlantic Council Turkey Program. Most of our work involves an all-hands-on-deck approach that requires interns to actively engage with our events, publications, and strategies. As a result, this position exposes interns to the writing and publishing procedure, logistical elements of event planning, and the process of creating strategic initiatives within a think tank.
Professional Development
Hands-on experience in a think tank environment, contributing to events, publications, and strategic initiatives.
Exposure to writing and publishing processes, event planning logistics, and strategic programming.
Opportunity to conduct research on international affairs, especially US-Turkey relations.
Networking & Collaboration
Work closely with the Atlantic Council Turkey Program team and interact with senior officials.
Attend and participate in events hosted by other Atlantic Council programs, expanding your professional network.
Skill Building
Develop strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Gain experience in digital communications and website management.
Learn to manage databases, draft formal correspondence, and track media metrics.
