The programme is designed to help young people overcome financial barriers to education, training and development.The Papakura Youth Scholarship Programme provides financial support to young people in Papakura who want to pursue education, vocational training, leadership development and community-focused opportunities. Funding can support tertiary study, trades and apprenticeships, technology, leadership programmes, conferences, social enterprise projects and other learning opportunities that contribute to personal and community development.
