About AltSchool NYSC Scholarship
AltSchool Africa is a leading tech education provider accredited by ASIC and partnered with the American Open University of Nigeria to offer industry-aligned diploma pathways. Its programmes are designed to equip learners with practical, job-ready skills through project-based learning, mentorship, and career support. The scholarship is delivered in collaboration with youth development partner Tunde Onakoya, founder of Chess in Slums Africa, and Jobs59, a job placement platform that helps graduates secure internships and employment after completing their diplomas.
Benefits of AltSchool NYSC Scholarship

AltSchool NYSC Scholarship Requirements
- Current NYSC corps member, recent NYSC alumni, or graduate preparing to begin NYSC
- Nigerian citizen
- Willing to complete an intensive 9–12 month diploma programme
- Demonstrated interest in building practical tech skills
- Commitment to completing the selected tech diploma track
