Opportunity Details
In close consultation with the British Council’s Gender Equality Team, the Associate Gender Advisers will provide additional technical input and support across a broad range of areas of activity, including business development, programme design, programme delivery, research, capacity building, design of systems and guidance and monitoring and evaluation to support the integration of disability into our work. To identify the British Council’s priority thematic areas of work n gender equality and empowerment of women and girls, refer to Schedule 2 section 7 in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) form. The scope of activity will include both our contract pursuit and our ‘core grant-funded’ and partnership work.
Through this Framework, the Associate Advisors will be contracted on a ‘call/draw-down’ basis, providing consultancy days as agreed for the British Council, which can be accessed at any point in the year as the need arises. They will also be expected to engage in knowledge-sharing activities and support colleagues in the wider British Council. The Framework Agreement period is eight years between 2025-2033.
