About Natalie Miller Fellowship

The Natalie Miller Fellowship 2026 supports women and female-identifying professionals working in Australia’s screen industry by funding tailored leadership development opportunities. The fellowship aims to strengthen leadership capability, expand professional knowledge, build industry networks, and support future leaders who can contribute to the growth and diversity of the Australian screen sector.Recipients design their own 12-month professional development program based on their career goals, leadership ambitions, and areas for growth.

Benefits of Natalie Miller Fellowship

• The 2026 Natalie Miller Fellowship will provide two equal grants of AUD 10,000 each.
• Each successful recipient will receive funding to complete a flexible 12-month leadership development program.

Natalie Miller Fellowship Requirements

Open to women and female-identifying professionals in the Australian screen industry who:

• Have 7+ years of professional experience (including freelance, hybrid, or non-traditional roles).
• Demonstrate leadership potential, innovative spirit, and a commitment to industry growth in the screen sector.
• Will be credible ambassadors for NMF’s mission and values.
• Are not a previous recipient of the NMF Fellowship. Previous recipients of an NMF Catalyst Grant are, however, eligible.
