Opportunity Details
First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start developing your skills. After successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training where you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own.
The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is now open to international candidates from around the world, willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.

Revolut Graduate Programme Requirements
- To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
- A proactive attitude
- Love for problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- To be a quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To feel comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
