The Graduate Scholarship Program at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) is now accepting applications. The SIIT Scholarship in Thailand for August 2025 intake, is a fully funded scholarship for international students with outstanding academic and extracurricular records. This SIIT graduate scholarship program is open to international students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees.

The following are the scholarship details:
Scholarships for Foreign Applicants (Ph.D. Degree)
EFS (Type A)
- Living Allowance: 15,000 Baht/month (3 years)
- Tuition fee support
- Research support / Thesis support
- Round-trip economy travel expenses
- Miscellaneous expenses (maximum 10,000 Baht/student)
- Visa
- Health & Accident Insurance
- English proficiency test for graduation
- Required to stay at the SIIT dormitory for at least 12 months
EFS (Type B)
- Living Allowance: 10,000 Baht/month (3 years)
- Tuition fee support
- Research support / Thesis support

SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program for International Students Requirements
- The applicant can be from any country except Thailand.
- The applicant must be able to continue his or her master’s and doctoral studies at SIIT.
- To be admitted to the master’s program, students must have a CGPA of at least 2.75 in their bachelor’s degree.
- Students wanting to pursue a Ph.D. must have a CGPA of 3.50 in their previous Master’s degree.
- The applicant must be fluent in English (TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+) and provide certified proof of proficiency.
- The applicant must have a strong and outstanding academic record and have graduated in the top 20% of his or her class.
- Be in good health and have a clean record.
- Applicants who have received other grants or scholarships are not eligible to apply.
You must prepare and submit these documents:
- Statement of Purpose (at least one page)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- Official transcripts (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication, or certificates (if applicable)
- Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches in JPEG format)
Remark: Please be informed that you can apply for the program without submitting the English proficiency test score. However, if you are admitted to study at SIIT, Thammasat University, you are requested to submit one of the English proficiency test score as soon as possible within your study in the first semester. If it is failed to meet the criteria on time, your student status will be dismissed.

- Register at SIIT Graduate Admission.
- Select your desired program and complete the online application.
- Log in using your email as the username and passport number or Citizen ID as the password (change it after the first login).
