About Teach For Pakistan Fellowship Program
Teach For Pakistan is a national education fellowship that recruits graduates and young professionals to teach in underserved communities while developing leadership skills. The program is part of the global Teach For All network and focuses on education equity, system reform, and long-term community impact.
Benefits of Teach For Pakistan Fellowship Program
- The Fellowship is a full-time, paid opportunity. Fellows receive a base salary of Rs. 80,000 per month with an additional 4,000 stationery allowance and transport allowance ranging from Rs. 8500- 10,500 per month. They also pay Rs. 10,000 monthly to our out-station Fellows.
- Fellows who complete their two-year commitment will also receive an end of the Fellowship bonus.
Teach For Pakistan Fellowship Program Requirements
- Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Completed at least 16 years of education by June 2026
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university by June 2026
- Pakistani citizen or holder of valid NICOP or POC
- Fluent in Urdu and English
- Commit to the full two-year Fellowship
- Successfully complete the Training Institute
- Students enrolled in international universities may apply if citizenship requirements are met.
- Applicants from all academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, regardless of years of work experience.
