About Telstra Foundation Youth Advisory Council
At the Telstra Foundation, they are committed to champioing young people by actively involving them in their work. As they kick off the second year of the Youth Advisory Council with PROJECT ROCK IT, Telstra Foundation is on the lookout for yound people in Australia aged 12-18 from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences. They want to make sure they hear a wide range of vioces and identities.

A a Council member, you'll have opportunities to:
- Share your views on the digital world - what;s working what's not, and what needs to change.
- Contribute feedback and ideas to real projects that supports young people nationwide.
- Create content that speaks to other young people, Including videos, stories,advive and creative pieces.
- Take part in events and media opportunities.
- Connect with like minded peers from different states and backgrounds.
- Be paid for your time and expertise. You will be compensated at a rate of $40 per hour.
Telstra Foundation Youth Advisory Council Requirements
- Open to young people from across Australia;
- You're aged 12-18;
- Be passionate about teach, vreativity, online safety, didgital culture, or simply making things better for young people.
