About Chr. Michelsen Institute SNAC PhD at Risk Scholarships
SNAC announces targeted scholarships to support Sudanese scholars severely affected by war, displacement, and the severely strained higher education institutions. This we do to support displaced scholars and students to maintain academic productivity, professional engagement and to enable new academic networks.
Benefits of Chr. Michelsen Institute SNAC PhD at Risk Scholarships
Each scholarship may include:
- A stipend of 10 000 Euros
Chr. Michelsen Institute SNAC PhD at Risk Scholarships Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a Sudanese scholar whose academic work has been disrupted by war or displacement
- Be affiliated with a Sudanese university or research institution, or be recently graduated from a Sudanese PhD programme
- Have a clear plan for article development
Priority will be given to scholars from marginalized areas and marginalized groups.
