The Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program supports non-profit and volunteer-run organizations that deliver community-based sport, culture, and recreation programs across Saskatoon. Its purpose is to expand access, promote inclusion, and strengthen local engagement through financial assistance for impactful community projects.
Organizations may apply for:
Minimum funding: $500
Maximum funding: $10,000
Limit: One project and one application per intake period
Funding is competitive, and approval is not guaranteed.
Registered non-profits and volunteer-led community groups.
Schools only if they partner with eligible organizations, run programs outside school hours, and open them to the wider community.
Not eligible: for-profit businesses (except Business Improvement Districts), individuals, hospitals, libraries, government agencies, universities, private schools, and fundraising-focused organizations.
