Council of Europe - World Forum for Democracy Youth Delegation Scholarship Requirements
- Be aged 18-30 years old
- Be able to work autonomously in English
- Be available for the full duration, including online preparations, training, Forum, and Youth Day
- Represent a youth organisation or youth movement active on democracy, youth participation, or innovative democratic practices
- Be in a position to follow up the results within their organisation and community
- Previous involvement with the Council of Europe youth sector in democratic participation is an asset
