About Creative Australia - Helsinki International Artist Programme

The HIAP Three-Month Residency Program offers artists and creative professionals an opportunity to undertake artistic research and experimentation at Suomenlinna island, Helsinki, Finland, and the Cable Factory cultural complex.

The HIAP Three-Month Residency provides funding support of:

• $15,000 for the three-month residency period.

The funding helps selected participants undertake their residency and support their artistic development activities.

Creative Australia - Helsinki International Artist Programme Requirements

The opportunity is open to:

• Individual artists.
• Arts workers.
• Practising creative professionals.

Applicants must:

• Be Australian citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.
• Be actively working in an eligible artistic field.
• Be applying as an individual, not as a group or organisation.
