DDSA Visit Grant Scholarship Requirements
- Open to applicants of all nationalities.
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or postdoctoral program at a university at the time of the visit, or within one year of completing enrollment/employment.
- The visit must take place at a Danish university or research institution.
- You must have a confirmed agreement with a supervisor from the host institution (using the DDSA Letter of Support template).
- The purpose of the visit must align with the DDSA Research Scope.
Application Date and Process
- Prepare a Letter of Support from the host supervisor using the official DDSA template.
- Submit your application through the DDSA Portal.
- Ensure your application is submitted at least one month before your planned travel start date.
- Applications are processed within six weeks of submission.
- If granted, complete your travel and visit by October 1, 2026.
- Submit a final report and account within two weeks after the visit to receive reimbursement.
