The Council of Europe invites designers, artists, and creatives to take part in the Digital Citizenship Poster and Short Film Competition.
Opportunity Details
In today’s fast-changing digital world, we face growing challenges—disinformation, cyberbullying, online hate speech, and threats to privacy and digital security. These issues don’t just affect individuals—they impact the health of our democracies. When people lack the skills to think critically, communicate respectfully, or protect their data, it becomes harder to build inclusive, informed, and resilient societies.
Would you like to play a role in building an inclusive and democratic digital future?
Your design or short film could help spread the message of digital citizenship across Europe and beyond.
As part of the European Year of Digital Citizenship Education 2025, the Council of Europe invites designers, artists, and creatives to take part in the Digital Citizenship Poster and Short Film Competition.
