Opportunity Details
The Eastern Partnership (EaP) Civil Society Fellowship 2026 is an EU-funded program that supports young civic leaders and activists from six countries — Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine — by giving them funding (around 5,000 EUR) and training to carry out projects that strengthen civil society.
Average grant of 5,000 EUR to cover fellowship project costs.
Coaching on project management, communication, and technical skills.
Opportunities to join international events and advanced learning courses.
Access to an international alumni network of Fellows.
Recognition as an EU Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellow.
Applicants must be 18+ years old and citizens of one of the six EaP countries.
Must be motivated to contribute to civic community development.
Should propose a project idea in community engagement or civic tech.
Ambition to grow as a civic leader and working knowledge of English required.
