About Eni Fully Funded MINDS Programme

A complex and continuously changing scenario like the energy world requires people who are able to tackle new challenges every day, through training blending cross-cutting knowledge of the energy sector with highly specialised competences. The Master MiNDS: Master in Natural Resources Development and Storage, organised in collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino, offers a high standard of excellent training, developing the latest skills to respond to the current and future challenges of the Energy sector. The aim is to provide students with specialist skills and a 360° view of the energy industry, with a special focus on Natural Resources and Energy Transition, which can be used in practice in the sector. Over the years the Master MiNDS has trained young professionals in the energy sector, to equip them with skills that can be applied in business reality.

Benefits of Eni Fully Funded MINDS Programme

If you are selected for the MiNDS Master’s Programme, your funding package includes:

  • Full Tuition Coverage: Participation fees are fully covered by Eni. (Students only pay €21 for insurance and revenue stamps).
  • Monthly Stipend: A scholarship of €1,500 gross per month provided by Eni for the entire 12-month duration of the Master’s program.
  •  Internship Opportunity: A 10-week on-the-job training at Eni premises in San Donato Milanese (MI).

Eni Fully Funded MINDS Programme Requirements

To be eligible for the MiNDS Master’s Programme, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Academic Requirements

You must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification, requiring at least 5 years of university education) by December 31, 2026, in one of the following areas:

  • Physics
  • Aerospace and Astronautical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronic Engineering
  • Energy and Nuclear Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Mathematics
  • Petroleum Engineering (Non-Italian Universities)
  • Mining Engineering (Non-Italian Universities)
  • Geosciences (Non-Italian Universities)
  • Geology and Geophysics (Non-Italian Universities)
  • Mathematical-Physics Modelling for Engineering (Italian Universities)
  • Materials  Science and Engineering (Italian Universities)
  • Geological Sciences and Technologies (Italian Universities)
  • Geophysical Sciences (Italian Universities)

Grade Requirement: You must have a final grade corresponding to 100/110 (or equivalent)

 

Application Date and Process

If you are interested in applying for the MiNDS Master’s Programme, follow these steps carefully:

  • Ensure you have all the mandatory documents ready in either English or Italian.
  • Submit your application exclusively through the Apply@Polito platform before the deadline on October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM Italian time.
  • If your application is deemed eligible by Politecnico di Torino, it will be forwarded to Eni for the next phase of the selection process.
  • Eni will contact you for an English test, an attitudinal test, and a technical test, which will be held online around the end of October 2026.
