Iberdrola Australia’s First Nations Scholarship program has been developed in conjunction with Professor Valerie Cooms, a Quandamooka woman and Director of the Centre of Aboriginal Economic Policy Research at The Australian National University. Application assessments are undertaken by Iberdrola Australia in conjunction with Professor Valerie Cooms.
Benefits of Flinders University-First Nations Scholarship Program
- Each scholarship will have a maximum value of $15,000 per annum.
Flinders University-First Nations Scholarship Program Requirements
- Be a domestic student currently residing in Australia.
- Be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
- Have completed at least one full year of successful study in the relevant discipline.
- Maintain a successful completion of each semester during period of scholarship award, meaning a minimum “Pass” result in each subject studied in a semester, with no failures.
- Be a student studying one of Engineering, Environmental Science and/or Management, Social Science, Science, Data Science, Information Technology (Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity), Business (Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Finance), Commerce and Law.
- Be an undergraduate student studying full-time.
