• Selected organizations can receive flexible grants of up to $500,000 over one or two years.

GitLab Foundation - Powering Economic Opportunity Fund Requirements

• U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored entities
• Non-501(c)(3) organizations may apply with a 501(c)(3) partner or fiscal sponsor 
• Partnerships between two or more organizations are prioritized

Not Eligible

• Individuals or individual pursuits
• Non-501(c)(3) organizations without a 501(c)(3) partner or fiscal sponsor
• Internationally-based organizations
• Research projects that are not action-oriented; capital campaigns; current GitLab Foundation grantees
