The Community Transport Grant supports projects that improve accessibility and community connectivity by funding transport services for people who have limited or no access to conventional public transport. The programme particularly benefits older adults, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, and residents of rural and remote communities. The grant aims to strengthen community transport services that improve access to healthcare, shopping, employment, education, social activities, and other essential services while promoting independence, inclusion, and better quality of life.
