The Future Leaders Program is a professional fellowship designed to develop the next generation of foreign policy experts, researchers, and international affairs professionals.Hosted by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs, the program combines academic research, policy analysis, leadership development, and practical professional experience. Fellows work closely with researchers and project teams while contributing to policy discussions and strategic research initiatives.The fellowship is conducted in English and requires intensive in-person participation at HIIA headquarters in Budapest.

Recent graduates (minimum: bachelor’s degree) with an interest in foreign policy. Required or acceptable Degrees as follows (related fields will be considered on an individual basis):
