Inclusive Action Awards Requirements
- Be a medium-to-high-growth organisations (for-profit or non-profit) with fewer han 250 employees.
- Operate at any stage of business development, from start-up to maturity.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating social impact.
- Be formally registered, legally recognised, and in good standing with relevant authorities in your country of operation.
- Show evidence of gender-inclusive practices in your organisation's policies, activities and operations.
- Maintain a proven record of integrity and ethical business practices.
