The Industrial Postdoc in the Public Sector Programme supports collaborative research projects between public organisations, research institutions, and Postdoc candidates in Denmark. The programme provides financial support to apply academic research in real-world settings, strengthen university-public sector partnerships, and create practical solutions with societal value.
Benefits of Innovation Fund Denmark - Industrial Postdoc in the Public Sector
- Up to DKK 22,000 per month for the Industrial Postdoc candidate's salary and up to DKK 2,500 per month for the organisation's expenses for the candidate's travels. Up to DKK 10,000 (incl. overhead) for each month during the project period to cover the research institution's project-relevant expenses.
Innovation Fund Denmark - Industrial Postdoc in the Public Sector Requirements
- Companies that have a geographical department in Denmark and have the finances and facilities to run the project.
- Universities and research institutions that are able to assign a supervisor to the project.
- Graduates who have obtained a PhD degree. The degree must be a maximum of 5 years old at the time of application.
