Journalismfund.eu offers the Pascal Decroos Fund for Investigative Journalism to encourage starters and experienced journalists to publish their research in Dutch-language media in Belgium. This fund is for original, innovative, and time-consuming projects. Professional starters and experienced journalists who are able to publish the results of their research in a Dutch-language medium in Belgium can apply for this grant. The program is funded by the Flemish government.

- In 2026, there is €270,000 to distribute over four application rounds, which means approx. €67.500 per round. The money comes from the Flemish government.

Professional journalists
- They encourage starters as well as experienced journalists to apply.
- The results of the research must be published in a Dutch-language medium in Belgium.
