About KAPSARC Graduate Development Program

The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks. The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles.

KAPSARC has two GDP tracks which are:

• Consulting
• Enabling

By joining the enabling tracks, GDP trainees will develop speciliazed technical skills in business enabling functions by working with experts in a wide range of majors.The real work environement also helps with developing soft skills like time management and adaptability that are essential to succeed in the workplace.

The program timeline includes a 5 step process:

1. Application Starts (June 2025)
2. Assessment (July 2025)
3. Interviews (July 2025)
4. Onboarding Starts (August 2025)
5. Program Starts (September 2025)

KAPSARC Graduate Development Program Requirements

The following are the requirements:

-Degree

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree

-GPA

• 4 out of 5
• 3.2 out of 4
• 60 out of 100

Language proficiency

• IELTS 6.5 (Academics)
• TOEFL IBT: 79 and above

Others

• Graduated 2024-2025
• Certificates equivalent for degrees obtained abraod
• Experiences less than 1
• Available for a fulltime graduate role on a 1-year training contract
