About Kindnessrules - Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program
The Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program seeks to recognize and celebrate kind leaders who have made a significant impact in business, society, and the economy through their compassionate leadership. In collaboration with the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, this program explores the traits of leaders who embody kindness in their approach to leadership and decision-making.
Benefits of Kindnessrules - Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program
- This program is a recognition initiative. While the 50 Leading Lights will receive acknowledgment, there is no funding attached to this program. Instead, it aims to provide recognition for those who lead with kindness and contribute to positive change within their industries.
Kindnessrules - Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program Requirements
- The candidates can be male or female and there are no restrictions on age.
- Candidates have been working and based in the Asia Pacific region for at least two years.
- We are looking for leaders in their fields. Those in a position of leadership that can directly affect the culture of the company and industry within which they work.
- Candidates must be nominated by another and cannot self-nominate.
- Those nominating will need to write a citation about the candidate that clearly demonstrates their leadership impact through kindness.
- We will also require two testimonials from people that have been impacted by the candidate.
All nominators must declare, to the best of their knowledge and belief, that the information submitted is true and complete.
