The GMD Fund by the King Baudouin Foundation supports Belgian organizations using music to empower vulnerable children and young people. Projects can include music education, creative workshops, instrument rental, or participatory programs promoting inclusion.
Total annual budget: €300,000 (over two years: €600,000)
Maximum per organization: €20,000 (spread over two years)
Payment structure: Two installments following approval and interim evaluation
Eligibility
Belgian organizations working with vulnerable children and young people
Projects that create impactful, inclusive, and supportive musical environments
Requirements
Track project data and outcomes
Participate in peer review sessions
Contribute to an impact assessment process to evaluate influence on participants’ living conditions and overall project effectiveness
