A jointly funded PhD scholarship between King’s College London and the China Scholarship Council (CSC), designed to support Chinese citizens pursuing full-time doctoral studies at King’s.

  • CSC provides:

    • Monthly living allowance (£1,200–£1,350)

    • Overseas student health cover

    • Visa application fees

  • Valid for up to four years.

King’s-China Scholarship Council PhD Scholarship programme Requirements

  • Must be a citizen and permanent resident of China.

  • Must begin a full-time MPhil/PhD program at King’s between October 2026 and June 2027.

  • Must meet CSC requirements (age, education, employment).

  • Must agree to return to China after completing studies.
