The Systems Neuroscience Fellowship 2026 offers a postdoctoral position at the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience, NTNU, focusing on neuronal subtypes of memory. Norwegian University of Science and Technology - Systems Neuroscience Fellowship Requirements
- Experience in recording neural activity from behaving animals, via electrophysiology or imaging
- Demonstrated capacity for scientific research through a record of peer‑reviewed publications
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English
- Preferably experience with behavioural analysis and memory research
- Strong desire to lead an independent research programme
- Programming skills (e.g. MATLAB, Python)
- Demonstrable ability to obtain extramural funding
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a research team
- Ability to present and discuss research with other professionals
