About OSCE Women's Peace Leadership Programme
The programme will target up to 20 women who are active in peacebuilding and/or conflict resolution in the OSCE area. It aims to strengthen participant’s leadership capabilities and practical digital skills to support peacebuilding on comprehensive security and democratic resilience. The programme will also support career development and provide access to professional networks and opportunities.

The programme’s modules and activities will be designed following consultations with selected participants to ensure they reflect participant’s needs. Participants will benefit from:
- Tailored career online coaching sessions and peer-to-to peer exchanges focused on leveraging digital tools for comprehensive security
- Opportunities to engage with decision-makers and other influential actors using digital tools as a means of empowerment and participation
- Online and in-person training on relevant topics, such as the role of digital tools in peacebuilding, communication, and leadership
- Networking events
- A Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) to cover the costs of travel, food and accommodation costs when attending the training in Austria.
OSCE Women's Peace Leadership Programme Requirements
Eligibility and Selection criteria:
- Applicants must be female citizens of an OSCE participating State or Partner for Cooperation with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on digital tools for peace, security, development or related areas
- 25 – 45 years old
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- A clear interest in and commitment to gender equality in relation to digital environments
- Currently involved in working in the OSCE region in these fields
- Availability to participate in the entire programme for its duration, and in all its components, as per the draft outline below:
- 6 online workshops (2h each)
- 6 online community of practice sessions
- One week of full-time training in Austria (September 2026)
