Culture is the glue that holds human relationships, organizations, companies, even entire societies and nations together. Culture is both dynamic and stabilizing; it can connect and divide, promote or hinder innovation. It is often overlooked, but always present. It is a force to be reckoned with - and to be carefully thought about.
That's why this year's "Global Peter Drucker Challenge" essay contest invites you to reflect on culture in its many forms and as a unique force between tradition and change.
