About Pilgrim Trust - Young Women in Mind Programme
Young Women in Mind 2026–2028 is a collaborative funding programme designed to improve mental health outcomes for girls and young women in the United Kingdom. It focuses on strengthening existing therapeutic services and expanding access to timely, community-based mental health care.The initiative is jointly funded by the Pilgrim Trust, the Prudence Trust, and the Julia Rausing Trust.

- Grant size: £200,000 to £500,000 spread over three years.
Pilgrim Trust - Young Women in Mind Programme Requirements
You can apply to this grant programme if:
- You are a UK registered charity (for at least three years) and already deliver therapeutic mental health services.
- You are a mental health charity with a clear youth and mental health mission and an annual income of £750,000+, OR
- You are a specialist charity led by and for women and girls, with a clear mental health mission, experience of delivering services to under 18s, and an annual income of £350,000+
- You must operate in either Northern Ireland, Scotland or the following regions of England: North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humber, the Midlands. Organisations working UK-wide or
England-wide can apply for work across their remit.
