About POTRAZ - AI for Impact Challenge

The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) invites innovators, developers, designers, researchers, startups, universities, learning institutions, innovation hubs, and multidisciplinary teams to submit proposals for a national Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation programme focused on practical solutions with measurable public value.

Selected teams will gain access to:

• Expert coaching and technical guidance
• Solution refinement and validation support
• Participation in the residential AI4I challenge and bootcamp
• Exposure to incubation and milestone-based implementation opportunities

POTRAZ - AI for Impact Challenge Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Apply as teams consisting of two to five members
• Be Zimbabwean citizens or residents
• Be at least 18 years old
• Address a demonstrated public, industry, or regulatory challenge
• Present solutions with a credible route to piloting, adoption, or scale
