Benefits of Sumitomo Electric Global Internship Program

• Round-trip airfare from the country of your university to Japan, accommodations and meals, commuter rail pass (if applicable), travel insurance, and a modest weekly stipend to assist with living expenses while in Japan. Please note that this is not a paid internship. Modifications to the start/end dates of the internship will be considered on a case-by-case basis. At the completion of the program, full-time opportunities in some positions may be available.

Human Resources Development Department Intern in Osaka, Japan (10 weeks)
Optical Communications Lab Intern in Yokohama, Japan (10 weeks)

The 10-week internship program will start from May 26th, 2025, to August 1st, 2025, and the 12-week internship program will start from May 12th, 2025, to August 1st, 2025.
