About Thailand International Postgraduate Program
The TIPP scholarship is a framework under Thailand’s international development cooperation aiming at providing opportunities for Thailand and its partners to exchange their experiences and best practices that would contribute to sustainable development
Benefits of Thailand International Postgraduate Program
- Return economy class air ticket and airport pickup service will be provided.
- Monthly subsistence, settlement, books, and thesis allowance will be provided.
- Similarly, the awardees will receive a 7000 Baht living allowance per month.
- The accommodation allowance worth 7000 to 9000 Baht per month will also be provided.
- Awardees will receive the settlement allowance of 6000 Baht on their first arrival in Thailand.
- A book allowance of 10,000 Baht will also be provided for a year for master’s degree students.
- Moreover, awardees will be offered a thesis allowance worth 20,000 Baht as a lump sum amount for compulsory fieldwork.
- The tuition fees will be directly reimbursed from TICA.
- Insurance will be provided during the period of study in Thailand.
Thailand International Postgraduate Program Requirements
- To be eligible for this international program, all candidates must be nominated by the National Focal Point for International Development Cooperation in a country from the TIPP eligible countries/territories list.
- Candidates should have preferred working in the government sector or in an area related to the course provided.
- Similarly, Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and/or professional experience in a related field or related to their graduate degree.
- Candidates must have a good command of English.
- Candidates whose first language is not English and whose Bachelor’s degree was not taught in English, have to pass an English Language proficiency test according to the criteria required by the academic institution regulations.
- A medical report is mandatory to be considered for this international program.
- Candidates must have good physical and mental condition.
- Moreover, candidates must not be more than 45 years of age.
- For attendance, Awardees are required to study full-time and not to change the programme topic/ study plan.
- Any part-time employment is not allowed during the course of the program.
- Additionally, Awardees are not allowed to bring any family members to stay with them during the study.
