Opportunity Details
The CPS Scheme aims to support high-quality creative producing initiatives across Ireland, helping independent arts organisations enhance their capacity, share skills, and engage with artists and communities. The funding is designed to strengthen strategic planning, professional development, partnerships, and international engagement in the arts sector.
Grants of up to €480,000 over 24 months are available.
Projects must start by June 2026.
Eligible costs: wages, admin expenses, residencies, documentation, evaluation, international networking.
In-kind supports must be financially valued.
Disability access costs can be requested separately.
Eligibility
Applicants must be arts organisations with proven creative producing experience.
Must partner with at least one organisation funded by the Arts Council (Strategic Funding, Partnership Funding, or Arts Centre Partnership Funding).
Eligible entities: CLGs, DACs, partnerships (excluding those already receiving core strategic/partnership funding).
Must be resident in Ireland or show clear benefit to Irish arts.
Eligible Artforms
Wide range including: architecture, dance, theatre, circus, festivals, film, literature, music, opera, visual arts, traditional arts, participatory arts, and more.

Attend the Online Clinic (Optional)
An information session will be held on 13 November 2025 at 11am for interested applicants.
This is a chance to ask questions and clarify requirements.
Prepare Your Application
Gather all required documents:
Detailed budget and cost breakdown
CVs of key personnel
Evidence of partnerships
3–6 examples of previous work
Ensure your project aligns with eligible activities (producing supports, residencies, networking, etc.).
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form via the Arts Council portal.
Upload all supporting documents.
Submit before the deadline: 11 December 2025 at 17:30 (Irish time).
Assessment Process
Applications are reviewed for eligibility and quality.
The Arts Council ensures a fair and transparent evaluation.
You’ll be notified by email whether your application was successful.
After Assessment
If successful, funding agreements are issued.
Disability access supports can be arranged if needed.
