Opportunity Details
Dutch Human Rights Fund (HRF) Program in Belarus, which is a funding initiative organized by the Netherlands Embassy to strengthen civil society, independent media, and democratic institutions in Belarus.
Up to €150,000 per year for projects lasting up to 48 months.
Shorter projects (up to 24 months) can receive a maximum of €50,000.
Restricted to non-governmental and non-profit organizations, including independent media.
Projects must be voluntary, non-commercial, and not duplicate previously funded activities.
Civil society groups in Belarus or in exile are encouraged to apply.
