Opportunity Details
Dutch Human Rights Fund (HRF) Program in Belarus, which is a funding initiative organized by the Netherlands Embassy to strengthen civil society, independent media, and democratic institutions in Belarus.
Up to €150,000 per year for projects lasting up to 48 months.
Shorter projects (up to 24 months) can receive a maximum of €50,000.
Restricted to non-governmental and non-profit organizations, including independent media.
Projects must be voluntary, non-commercial, and not duplicate previously funded activities.
Civil society groups in Belarus or in exile are encouraged to apply.
1. Consultation phase (with the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw via email)

2. Concept notes for possible projects to be send to the Embassy (max. 3 pages)

3. Pre-selected concept notes need to be developed into full project proposals until 31 December 2025
