About University of Ghana ISSER Pre-Doctoral Fellowship
The fellowship offers an opportunity for an early-career researcher to gain hands-on experience in applied development research while preparing for doctoral studies. The Fellow will work with Professor Robert Darko Osei, SPIA Member at the University of Ghana, on research related to agriculture, natural resources, food systems and impact evaluation.

University of Ghana ISSER Pre-Doctoral Fellowship Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience in data collection and research.
- Interest in agriculture, natural resources and food systems in developing countries.
- Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of impact evaluation is an advantage.
