The Re-D Fund is a financial support mechanism that provides microgrants to civil society groups using digital technologies to expand civic participation, advance rights-based reforms, and strengthen organizational resilience in the digital era.
Benefits of Tifa Foundation - Re-D Fund to support Digital Democracy
- Joint applications (2 or more organizations): up to USD 10,000
- Single organization applications: up to USD 5,000
Tifa Foundation - Re-D Fund to support Digital Democracy Requirements
Eligible applicants include:
- Civil society organizations and collectives
- Community groups and informal networks
- Grassroots initiatives representing marginalized communities
- Networks operating in East or Southeast Asia
Additional requirements:
- Must operate in countries classified as closed, repressed, or obstructed (CIVICUS Monitor)
- Must be in East or Southeast Asia and eligible for ODA support
- Must have at least 3 years of operational experience
- Can be legally registered or use a fiscal sponsor
