The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, a Fulbright exchange sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, brings accomplished mid-career professionals from around the world to the United States for ten months of leadership development, professional collaboration, and non-degree academic study.
The program enhances leadership among professionals committed to public service who are working to address important challenges in their communities, institutions, and countries. Through academic study, professional affiliations, leadership development activities, and collaboration with U.S. counterparts, Fellows expand their expertise, exchange best practices, and build lasting professional networks.
A hallmark of the program is its emphasis on practical professional experience. Fellows engage directly with U.S. organizations and experts in their fields, gaining valuable insights and developing partnerships that continue long after the Fellowship year concludes.
