UNICEF Education Cannot Wait (ECW) Internship 2026 is offering internship opportunities under the ECW program, where interns will support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and communications work. The role focuses on analyzing data and reports from ECW-supported programs, contributing to the 2025 annual results report, and assisting with knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Monthly stipend:
USD 1,700 in New York, Geneva, and Copenhagen.
70% of GS level 3 step 1 salary in other duty stations.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Must be enrolled in a master’s program or have graduated from a bachelor’s/master’s within the last 3 years.
Academic background in education, humanitarian/development, or social sciences.
Skills in data analysis (Excel required; R, STATA, Power Query, Kobo encouraged).
Experience in synthesizing information and drafting global-level reports in English.
Lived experience in a low-middle income country is valued.
Proficiency in English required; French/Spanish is a plus.
No immediate relatives working in UNICEF or ECW Secretariat.
Must comply with UNICEF Child Safeguarding Personnel Standards.
