Monthly stipend:

  • USD 1,700 in New York, Geneva, and Copenhagen.

  • 70% of GS level 3 step 1 salary in other duty stations.

UNICEF Education Cannot Wait (ECW) Internship Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • Must be enrolled in a master’s program or have graduated from a bachelor’s/master’s within the last 3 years.

  • Academic background in education, humanitarian/development, or social sciences.

  • Skills in data analysis (Excel required; R, STATA, Power Query, Kobo encouraged).

  • Experience in synthesizing information and drafting global-level reports in English.

  • Lived experience in a low-middle income country is valued.

  • Proficiency in English required; French/Spanish is a plus.

  • No immediate relatives working in UNICEF or ECW Secretariat.

  • Must comply with UNICEF Child Safeguarding Personnel Standards.
