About Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship for Impact Entrepreneurs
The Flagship Fellowship is Watson Institute’s signature entrepreneurial and leadership development program, which includes a curriculum that has supported hundreds entrepreneurs worldwide. This fully-funded 16-week program brings together impact entrepreneurs for intensive training, committed mentorship, connections to capital, and a global peer community. The program begins with a virtual Immersive where Fellows from diverse backgrounds and sectors unite to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.

Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship for Impact Entrepreneurs Requirements
- You are a founder, entrepreneur, or community-driven innovator leading a venture with demonstrated traction and a deep commitment to building impactful solutions. You bring a strong leadership presence and a desire to grow alongside a global community of changemakers.
- Your business or organization has been operating for 1-5 years with fewer than 10 employees. You have engaged customers, measurable results, and have secured some funding through grants, investments, donations, or revenue, but you’re ready to grow to the next level.
- You must be able to commit to the full 16-week program, including the mandatory virtual Immersive from August 11–18, 2026, and weekly workshops held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM MT. We prioritize participants who are fully committed to active engagement throughout the entire program. The program’s success depends on building a strong community where all participants are enthusiastic about both learning and sharing their experiences with others.
- Location eligibility varies by specific fellowship; however, we welcome qualified applicants from all geographic regions.
- You seek expert-guided entrepreneurial training, a supportive community for feedback, a broad mentor network to enhance your leadership, and opportunities to challenge yourself by leading a Basecamp event and other initiatives that benefit your venture and community. You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset to this work.
