Journalists from around the world are invited to apply to a newly launched fellowship to attend the International Civil Society Week (ICSW). The event will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, 1-5 November 2025 organised by CIVICUS global civil society alliance and Asia Democracy Network (ADN).

Applications are now open for the 2025 Jefferson Fellowships, a three-week journalism and study tour focusing on the theme “The Future of Food Security: Lessons from Southeast Asia.” Running from October 5-23, 2025, the program will take journalists to Honolulu, Indonesia, and Thailand to explore critical issues around food insecurity, environmental challenges, and regional efforts to ensure sustainable agriculture.

Applications are open for the Creative Climate Fellowship 2025. Hosted by campaigning organisations Cuttlefish Digital and Love Frankie, this fellowship incorporates immersive placement and module-based learning with unique access to a global network of communications professionals. The program also provides industry-level guidance on the fellows' capstone projects.
