This programme, funded by the Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST) of the European Commission, has the overall objective to foster regional cooperation among diplomats and/or officials of the enlargement region and their EU peers by creating a unified ‘esprit de corps’ and strengthening their knowledge in EU affairs. The curriculum includes joint activities with the European Union Diplomatic Academy, funded by the European External Action Service (EEAS).
